In order for the Health Guarantee to be valid the puppy must go to the
VET With in 72 hours of being received. If you choose not to take your puppy to the vet, you will have no guarantee.
If this puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect, a replacement puppy of equal value and same sex will be
given as soon as one is available. Breeder must be contacted within 24 Hours after the exam,
if owner fails to comply, all warranty is forfeited .Puppy must be returned to Breeder within a week at no expense to the breeder,
with a signed document from the veterinarian stating the defect.
All puppies are vet checked before they are shipped and are current on shots and worming's. The breeder gives all shots and worming's.
A health record will be given with each
puppy, showing dates of shots and worming given.
Puppies sold as pet companion must be neutered or spayed by 6 months of age or health guarantee is forfeited. Puppies being sold with full
registration can be bred and show
if the breeder finds the puppy to be of quality once it reaches proper age. We make no guarantee that said puppy will be able to breed,
reproduce or show.
Note: Worms, Coccidia, Giardia and fleas are not covered under the guarantee. Puppies can get stressed from environment changes, food changes,
etc. which can cause coccidia.
This condition is easily treated with medication; Hypoglycemia is not covered under the guarantee. All owners will receive info on how to prevent and treat this condition.
Puppies are wormed and I do everything I can to prevent parasites. I use Nemex 2 for worming and frontline for fleas but there is no guarantee
they would not have them. We do
not guarantee against bites (under bites, over bites etc) hernias, undescended testicles, cherry eye are not covered under the guarantee, as
they would not affect the quality
of life. No guarantees can be made as to the adult size, weight or color of your pet.
Breeder guarantees this puppy for 1 year of age against life threatening congenital defects. If within that time a life threatening
congenital defect is found, Breeder
will replace this puppy with another puppy of the same quality and sex as soon as one is available. No money will be refunded. Owner’s has the
choice of paying the difference
for a better quality puppy if they choose. Puppy will be replaced as soon as breeder receives all registration papers, health records and
documentation statement from your vet. Breeder is not responsible for the return of the puppy. Breeder is not responsible for illness or
health problems in the puppy after the age of 1 year.
In the unlikely event of the puppy's death before 1 year of age, due to congenital defect, a statement from a veterinarian confirming such an
event and cause must be provided
to the breeder. If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required before breeder will replace puppy.
Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanized without Breeders
Knowledge and consent. Breeder is not responsible for vet or medical bills incurred.
ALL Deposits are non refundable. If buyer backs out of the sale of the puppy they forfeit their deposit.
